Commission Policy

Please review the galleries(especially the newer ones) on this website for examples of my painting. This is the best way for you to determine if you

would like me to paint for you.

Painting fees- Differences in figures such as complexity, unpainted mini cost and other factors can drive the cost up or down depending on the miniature. Figures supplied by the buyer will get a better price.

Quotes-Please send me a description for a quote. In order to expedite your quote please send me the details of the exact figure, what you want done and what time frame you are looking for. This will save us both several emails.

Subject matter-I will paint nearly anything betqween 25mm-54mm. I work very good with reference for things I am not familiar with. I usually do not paint

large vehicles, huge monsters or things that I have determined to be too fragile

to survive the mailing, although I will work with people able to finish assembly of fragile items after mailing pieces.

Postage-

Domestic US $5-$7.00 and I will include insurance on domestic orders.

International shipping is a minimum of $5 for a small order although weight is more of a factor with international orders. Adding insurance will run the cost up to $20+ usually, as above buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping losses and damages when declining insurance.

Importantly all customs forms will list items as merchandise not 'gift' or anything else. You are also responsible for import taxes that may be levied by your country.

Payments-I am paid the full amount in advance of painting.

I prefer personal checks but also take money orders and paypal if necessary.

Buyers not comfortable with payments upfront can either check my 10 years

of ebay feedback or I can supply references from industry leaders.

Time to complete orders-3-6 weeks turnover depending on circumstances.

Paints I use-Acrylics only by Vallejo and other select paints.

Customer service-After working 20 years in retail advertising, I know the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Not only does this involve getting a great product, it must be mailed safely and quickly. Painting of course must be done to a high level of detail. And very importantly clear communication of a professional and friendly nature seals the deal for a

happy customer. Besides this is a hobby, it should be fun!
